At-Home HPV kits could boost cancer screening for thousands

NCT ID NCT06674681

First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at the best ways to offer HPV self-collection kits to women who are overdue for cervical cancer screening. About 1,000 women aged 25-65 will be offered a kit to use at home or in the clinic. The goal is to see how many people complete the test and follow up on positive results, not to test the kit itself.
