Summary
This study tests an experimental DNA vaccine called pBI-11 in 48 women with persistent HPV16 or HPV18 infection. The vaccine is designed to boost the immune system to clear the virus, which can cause cervical cancer. Participants receive either the vaccine or a placebo via a special device. The study focuses on safety and whether the vaccine can eliminate the virus.
