Summary
This study is testing whether giving a combination of treatments before surgery can help people with a specific type of advanced head and neck cancer. The treatment combines an investigational HPV vaccine with one or two immunotherapy drugs. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink the tumor and improve outcomes when followed by standard surgery.
