New combo attack on HPV-Linked cancers before surgery

NCT ID NCT05286060

Summary

This study is testing whether a new combination of treatments can better shrink tumors before surgery for head and neck cancers caused by HPV. It is for patients with advanced but operable cancer who have not had prior treatment. The goal is to see if adding a vaccine and other immune-boosting drugs to standard care leads to a stronger response, potentially reducing the amount of cancer left after treatment.
