Summary

This study is testing a combination of two drugs, TG4001 and avelumab, for people with advanced HPV-16 cancers that have returned or spread. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and if it helps shrink tumors or slow their growth. It includes adults with certain cancers like cervical, anal, or penile cancer that are no longer responding to standard treatments.
