New Two-Pronged attack tested for tough HPV cancers

NCT ID NCT03260023

Summary

This study is testing a new combination of two drugs, TG4001 and avelumab, for people with advanced HPV-16 positive cancers that have returned or spread. The goal is to see if using these drugs together is safe and more effective at controlling the cancer than using avelumab alone. It is for adults with certain HPV-linked cancers, like cervical or anal cancer, that are no longer responding to standard treatments.
