First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new oral drug (BGB-15025) that targets a protein called HPK1 to help the immune system fight cancer. It is given alone or with an immunotherapy (tislelizumab) to about 157 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the combination can shrink tumors.
