New pill shows promise against tough prostate cancer in early trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental daily pill called HP518 in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 84 men in China will take part in this early-phase trial.
