New pill shows promise against Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called HP518 in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. About 84 participants in China will take the pill daily, and researchers will monitor side effects and cancer response.
