Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called HP518 in 84 men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, then checking how well that dose controls the cancer. Researchers will monitor side effects, drug levels in the blood, and tumor markers like PSA.
