First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study is looking at a protein called HOXB7 and other markers in lung tissue and blood from 80 people with pulmonary fibrosis, a disease that causes lung scarring. Researchers want to see if these markers can help track how the disease progresses. The study does not test a new treatment, but aims to better understand the disease.
