Scientists shake up understanding of spinal reflexes

NCT ID NCT07253467

Summary

This research study looked at how different standing positions and whole-body vibration affect spinal reflexes. Fifteen healthy adults stood in various positions while researchers measured their muscle reflex responses. The goal was to better understand how our nervous system responds to vibration and posture changes.
