Summary
This study aims to understand how different standing positions and whole-body vibration affect spinal reflexes. Researchers will measure muscle reflex responses in healthy adults while they stand normally, on one leg, and during vibration at different intensities. The goal is to gather basic knowledge about how our nervous system responds to these conditions.
