Summary

This study follows 104 Singaporean families to understand how parents' own sleep habits, rules about bedtime, and how much they value sleep over other activities affect their child's sleep, mental health, and school performance. Children aged 7 to 12 wear a watch that tracks their sleep for one week. The goal is to learn how family and economic factors influence children's long-term well-being.
