Summary
This study aims to understand exactly how the drug interferon attacks cancer stem cells in people with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), a group of blood cancers. Researchers will analyze blood samples from 80 adults to see why some patients respond well while others do not. The goal is to improve treatment and predict who will benefit most from interferon therapy.
