First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This completed Phase 1 trial in 82 healthy women of non-childbearing potential looked at how food and other drugs (omeprazole, itraconazole, carbamazepine, and midazolam) affect the levels of the experimental drug LY3484356 in the blood. The goal was to understand how the body absorbs and clears the drug under different conditions. No treatment benefit was tested; this was purely to gather safety and drug-processing information.
