First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looked at how people feel during different types of exercise — steady moderate exercise versus short, intense bursts. Researchers wanted to find out if shorter, harder workouts feel just as good (or bad) as longer, easier ones. 29 healthy adults took part, and their feelings of pleasure and enjoyment were measured during each workout.
