Summary
This study looked at how people feel during different types of exercise—steady moderate exercise versus short, intense bursts. The goal was to understand which approach is more enjoyable and might help people stick with exercise long-term. 29 healthy adults completed several exercise sessions while researchers measured their pleasure and arousal levels.
