NCT ID NCT04993742
Summary
This study aims to understand how anxiety during pregnancy affects the placenta and birth outcomes. It tests whether a 10-session mentor support program for pregnant women can reduce stress and improve biological markers of health in the mother and placenta. Researchers will follow 150 pregnant patients, collecting blood and placenta samples to look for links between stress, inflammation, and pregnancy results.
