First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This 12-week study tests whether personalized text messages can help 100 caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease build a habit of walking at least 250 steps each hour. The goal is to reduce the time caregivers spend sitting and improve their health. Participants receive texts designed to make walking a regular, automatic part of their day.
