First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether a single session of moist hot-pack therapy can immediately reduce pain and muscle stiffness in adults with low back pain. Twenty-four participants will receive either a real hot pack or a room-temperature pack (sham). Pain and stiffness are measured right after the session, with a short follow-up two days later. The goal is to see if this common, low-risk treatment provides quick relief.
