Summary
This study is testing whether reducing non-urgent nighttime medical checks helps hospitalized patients sleep better. Researchers are comparing patients who receive fewer nighttime interruptions to those receiving standard hospital care. Participants wear a Fitbit to track sleep and answer questionnaires about their sleep quality.
