Summary
This study will follow 75 adults who need a root canal (first-time or repeat) at a hospital dental clinic. Researchers will check healing, pain, and tooth survival for up to 5 years. The goal is to see how well these treatments work in a hospital setting and if health conditions affect outcomes.
