Summary
This study compares two support programs for family and friends caring for Veterans with dementia after a hospital stay. One program, Hospital GamePlan4Care, offers a handbook, online training, and phone coaching tailored to the caregiver's needs. The other provides general education and resources. The goal is to see which program better reduces caregiver burden and improves well-being over three months.
