Can a simple tool save lives in the hospital?

Summary
This study aims to see if using a specific tool to help doctors decide how much testing and treatment hospitalized patients need affects how many patients survive. It will involve 20 doctors who care for general medical patients, not cancer or palliative care. The doctors will be grouped, and each group will start using the tool in their regular practice every three months to measure its impact.
