Summary

This study looks at whether adjusting the dose of anti-rejection drugs can help control CMV infection in organ transplant recipients. About 100 adults who have had a kidney, liver, heart, lung, or pancreas transplant and now have CMV will take part. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce the virus more effectively while keeping the immune system balanced.
