First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study looks at whether gardening activities can lower stress, boost well-being, and reduce the burden on people caring for someone on hemodialysis. About 82 caregivers will be split into two groups: one group will garden once a week for 12 weeks, while the other group receives no special program. Researchers will measure stress and well-being before and after to see if gardening helps.
