Gardening therapy eases caregiver stress in dialysis study

Summary

This study looks at whether gardening activities can help reduce stress and improve well-being for people who care for patients on hemodialysis. 82 caregivers will be split into two groups: one group will do weekly gardening for 12 weeks, and the other group will not. Researchers will measure stress, well-being, and care burden before and after the program.
