New study tests better ways to rebuild jaw bone for dental implants

Summary
This study tested two methods to rebuild a narrow upper front jaw bone so dental implants could be placed. Sixteen adults received either a standard cow bone graft or a special sticky bone graft during implant surgery. Both methods helped the implants stay stable, with similar results after six months.
