Summary
This study tested a brief, self-guided online program designed to increase hope in women currently experiencing intimate partner violence. Researchers wanted to see if the program was safe, easy to use, and could improve feelings of hope, self-worth, and emotional well-being. 97 women participated, completing daily surveys on their phones.
