Summary
This study aims to better understand how fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes are connected and progress over time. Researchers will follow 1,000 adults in Hong Kong who have both conditions, collecting health data and blood samples to create a detailed registry. The main goal is to identify markers that can predict which patients are at higher risk for serious liver damage and other health problems.
