New program aims to tackle obesity in kids with down syndrome

Summary

This study tests a program called HomeGrown that helps families of young children with Down syndrome (ages 2-6) make healthy changes at home. The goal is to improve eating habits and physical activity. About 38 families will take part in a 6-month trial to see if the program is feasible and effective.
