First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a 6-month family-based program called HomeGrown, designed to help parents of young children (ages 2-6) with Down syndrome create healthier home environments. Families get online tools, resources, and monthly coaching calls to improve nutrition and physical activity. The trial will first check if families find the program easy to use and stick with it, then later measure its impact on health behaviors.
