First seen Mar 16, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests whether a home-based virtual reality (VR) program that uses brain activity to guide relaxation can help teens aged 10–16 with migraine. Participants will use a VR headset three times a week for four weeks. Researchers want to see if the program is easy to use and if it may reduce headache-related disability.
