This study tests whether a 16-week home exercise program, guided by a smartwatch, can help children aged 8-18 with pulmonary hypertension become more active and improve their muscle strength and quality of life. Participants will wear activity trackers and follow a personalized exercise plan. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for increasing daily movement.
