NCT ID NCT07445568
First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tested a simple home exercise program for older adults with knee osteoarthritis. For 28 days, 50 participants did daily thigh muscle squeezes and also used one of four topical creams (placebo, CBD, arnica, or both). The goal was to see if the exercises could reduce knee pain and if the creams made a difference. This was a small pilot study to see if a larger trial is possible.
