Summary
This study tests if doing wall squats at home, along with healthy lifestyle advice, is a practical way for people with high blood pressure to manage their condition. Seventy adults with hypertension will do the exercise three times a week for 12 weeks, guided remotely by a trainer. Researchers will track blood pressure changes and interview participants to see if this approach is acceptable and effective.
