First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether doing a simple isometric exercise (wall squats) at home, along with lifestyle advice, is a practical way for people with high blood pressure to manage their condition. Seventy adults with hypertension will do the exercises three times a week for 12 weeks, with remote supervision. Researchers will track blood pressure and interview participants to see if the program is acceptable and effective.
