Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week home exercise program could help women with fibromyalgia feel better. Sixty women were randomly assigned to either do the exercises or continue their usual care. The goal was to see if the program could reduce pain, fatigue, and depression while improving quality of life and how they feel about exercise.
