Summary

This study is testing a new home-based rehabilitation program for older adults recovering from a stroke. It compares standard occupational therapy to a program called OTHER, which uses activity monitoring, video coaching, and support to help people transition from clinical care back to living at home. The main goal is to see if the OTHER program helps people perform their important daily activities better and feel more satisfied with their performance over six months.
