At-Home brain zaps aim to slow dementia in seniors

Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-month, at-home brain stimulation treatment can help improve memory, thinking, and walking in older adults who show early signs of increased dementia risk. Participants will use a non-invasive device that delivers a mild electrical current to the scalp. Researchers will compare the effects of the real stimulation to a placebo (sham) treatment to see if it helps maintain daily function.
