Summary
This study tests whether a small, home-used device that gently stimulates a nerve in the ear can help young adults (ages 18-29) with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) manage their pain and other symptoms. About 80 participants will use either the active device or a sham (fake) version twice daily for 6 weeks. Researchers will check if the treatment is safe, easy to use, and whether it reduces pain and improves quality of life.
