Summary
This study tested whether a simple, home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program could improve breathing, exercise ability, and quality of life in adults with asthma. Thirty adults with asthma followed an 8-week home exercise plan using basic equipment. The results showed improvements in walking distance, lung function, and asthma control, suggesting that home rehab can be a helpful, low-cost option for managing asthma.
