Summary
This study tested an 8-week home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program for 30 adults with asthma. Participants did simple exercises using basic equipment to improve their breathing, exercise capacity, and quality of life. The goal was to see if a convenient, low-cost program could help manage asthma symptoms better than standard care alone.
