First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether people can reliably measure their own physical activity, fitness, and body size at home. Researchers will ask 62 low-risk adults to use step counters, perform a step test, and measure their waist and hips. The goal is to see if these home-based methods are practical and accurate for future research.
