First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This pilot study tested whether a home-based, supervised exercise program is acceptable and safe for 36 women with anorexia nervosa. Participants completed 8 remote sessions, and researchers measured satisfaction, safety, and changes in weight, self-esteem, and quality of life. The goal was to see if this approach is feasible before larger studies.
