Light therapy at home could speed wrist fracture recovery

Summary
This study tests if using a special light device at home can help people recover faster after surgery for a broken wrist. Forty-two adults will either use a real or fake light device for 12 minutes daily, plus do exercises. The goal is to see if the light therapy improves wrist function and reduces pain.
