Summary
This study looked at whether people with chronic heart failure can complete a 12-week exercise program at home after a hospital stay. 30 patients were enrolled. Researchers measured how many finished the program and tracked quality of life and exercise ability. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for patients.
