Researchers hunt for secret formula to perfect prostate surgery outcomes

NCT ID NCT07429994

Summary

This study aims to identify what factors predict successful recovery after a common prostate surgery called HoLEP. Researchers will follow 604 men for at least three months after their surgery to see which patients achieve the 'trifecta' of good results: significant symptom relief, no major complications, and no urinary incontinence. The goal is to help doctors better predict which patients are most likely to have excellent surgical outcomes.
