Summary
This study tests a group course called 'Hold Me Tight/Let Me Go' designed to improve the relationship between parents and their teenage children. About 150 families with teens aged 12-18 who are having relationship difficulties will participate. The course includes group sessions for parents and individual family meetings, and researchers will measure changes in relationship satisfaction and communication patterns.
