Summary

This study tests a group course called 'Hold me Tight/Let me Go' designed to improve the relationship between parents and their teenage children. About 150 families with teens aged 12-18 who are struggling with a stressful relationship will participate. The course includes group sessions and family meetings, and researchers will measure changes in relationship satisfaction and negative patterns using surveys and interviews.
