Survivors' hidden toll: chest radiation and bleomycin may impact brain blood flow

Summary
This study looks at Hodgkin lymphoma survivors who had chest radiation and bleomycin treatment as children. Researchers want to understand how these treatments affect heart, lung, and brain function years later. About 100 survivors and 100 healthy volunteers will do exercise tests while their brain blood flow is measured with a special light-based device. The goal is to learn more about long-term side effects, not to test a new treatment.
